La Strada’s Hotline is aimed at more target groups. It caters for people who have experienced exploitation or even trafficking in human beings, either directly or indirectly, and who need advice as to what they should do in a given situation and what their rights and obligations are. The Hotline is also used by La Strada’s partner organizations for consulting on whether La Strada can provide services to their clients. People seeking information before they decide to travel abroad in search of employment, constitute another large group of users.

SOS and INFO Line employees have been trained, amongst other things, in crisis intervention and in addressing trafficking in human beings and are, by extension, able to take into account the psychological condition of the caller and the potential security risks.

Contact us through SOS and INFO line.
